Don't get me wrong group yoga classes are fabulous to, but sometimes 1:1's can be the solution if you lead a busy life and just can't stick to a regular class. Or if you have something you particularly want to work on.??
You may want to improve your asana technique, learn more about pranayama or even have a full session of restorative yoga. Fabulous if you never let yourself relax, are going through menopause or really just want to be kind to yourself!! Go in you deserve it!??
